There is no shortage of reports of the impact of industrialized agriculture on the health of our soil and ultimately the earth. The top six inches of soil sustains humans in food production, creating a mutualistic relationship between man, mineral, and invertebrates. This print, buried for one month under regenerative, farm-rich, organic, black hummus celebrates in reverence a regenerative practice of reciprocity between farmer and the soil from which we survive.
