HOW TO WORK WITH US
ART AND CONSERVATION: PASSIONS COMBINED
-
Lead Artist Nancy Winship Milliken has partnered with husband Andrew Milliken as Lead Conservationist. to create art that shines a light on conservation. Their shared passions for the environment and long careers in conservation and environmental art creates an opportunity for art that has an impact on the community and local landscape. For every project we partner with professionals, who’s skills are needed for the job.
-
We celebrate art and environmental conservation with the goal of creating site-specific, nature-centric art that increases awareness and support for the surrounding landscape. While all of the art coming from the studio honors the natural and cultural histories of place, this collaboration offers a connection to local conservation partners and land restoration as a part of the art
-
From galleries and museums to city departments, we engage communities to create sustainable sculptural installations and landscape restoration that re-connects viewers to local natural environments. We engage local environmental organizations, schools, NGOs and partner with scientists, builders and engineers.
COMMISSIONS
No idea or space is too big or small for private, corporate, or institutional commissions. Nancy Winship Milliken Studio commissions indoor and outdoor, wall work and monumental outdoor public art. We work with each client to find the concepts that drive the designs for the space.
